The CHPCenterSE shall include a regional coalition of industry, environmental, and government entities committed to the development of the regional CHP market. The CHPCenterSE's Regional Core Team will interface with the Southeast CHP Coalition on a regular basis to exchange information on overall activities, including idea generation and CHP barrier resolution. The CHPCenterSE Coalition would develop from the current SE CHP Initiatives members who would include the program participants (subcontractors), equipment suppliers, engineering firms, the gas industry, the electric industry, and other interested parties. This group would be somewhat fluid, but a few regular contributors would consistently help push the message and provide input from their market point of view. This group would be organized into industry and suppliers, environmental interest and governmental entities.
